JCH Direct Ltd started out in 2006, fully owned by Jonathan Hall as an online retailer of ink cartridges / toners, media products and computer consumables. Our current range of products will be increased within the near future as we expand, and we will have new product ranges as well as increased choice within our present ranges.

We endeavour to provide the best service, price and choice in all of our products ranges. We view every customer as a new customer, even if you have ordered from us before and will continue to evolve our business philosophy around our customers. We will have from time to time special offers, end of line clearance items and also free shipping offers. Delivery charges are set by weight and size of package, and we will send consignments out by Royal Mail 1st class / special delivery or by our courier Initial City Link. Please see our delivery conditions for further information. All orders received by 11am will be despatched same day unless product is out of stock or payment not processed. We will advise by email if this is the case.

 

All our prices are inclusive of VAT. Any customers who require a Vat invoice please inform us when ordering or by email and we will process a Vat invoice for you.
