Delivery Options
We currently offer the following delivery services for all orders placed by 11.00 which are in stock. Any orders placed after this time will be despatched same day if possible or latest next working day. We will use Royal Mail for all deliveries apart from next day where we will use either City Link or Royal Mail special delivery and this will incur the next day surcharge. For Saturday deliveries we will use City Link only and this will incur a surcharge. Please see prices below for full details.
Next Day Courier Service
We currently use City Link and Royal Mail Special Delivery and the standard delivery service are for the next working day for the majority of UK Mainland. For locations such as Scottish Isles , Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Isle of Wight delivery may take longer and are subject to a surcharge. A signature is required on delivery at the specified address. All items must be checked for damage before signing for the goods. If you are unavailable on the scheduled delivery date, City Link / Royal Mail should leave a calling card and take the parcel back to their local depot. The delivery should then be automatically attempted the next day ( City Link only. Royal Mail will automatically leave a card ). If delivery is still unsuccessful then your parcel will be held until you contact the carrier to rearrange the delivery on a more convenient day. If there is no one available to take delivery at the address specified you can collect the parcel from your local depot, with two forms of identification. If delivery has been unsuccessful after approximately five days and the carrier has been unable to contact you, the parcel will be returned to JCH Direct Ltd.
Royal Mail Delivery
For all deliveries not made by next day courier service we currently use Royal Mail 1st class and small parcels service. We cannot guarantee the delivery timescale when using Royal Mail but estimate that 1st class will be 1-2 working days and small parcels 3-5 working days after despatch. For any urgent orders we suggest you pick the next day delivery option. We retain the right to upgrade the delivery service to next day courier for certain large or heavier deliveries. We will inform you by email on day of despatch if this is applicable.
Security
Due to the prevalence of credit card fraud all orders placed within the first three months must be delivered to the cardholders registered address. If delivery is required to an alternative address within this period then further address verification checks are required. In this event please contact us on the contact us form. NB first orders must be delivered to the cardholders registered address irrespective.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect orders
We endeavour to ensure that you receive your goods in pristine condition. If you notice that items are missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us immediately by email to customerservices@jchdirect.com with details of the original order and the reason. We must receive these details with 72 hours of you accepting the delivery. Please ensure you sign for any damage with the carrier.
Failed Deliveries
Our couriers will attempt to deliver to the requested address twice. If the second attempt to deliver fails, then the goods are returned to the local depot where they are made available to collect. Goods are stored for up to 5 days after which they are returned to JCH Direct Ltd.
Following two unsuccessful delivery attempts, all subsequent delivery attempts will be chargeable at the appropriate rate. If goods are returned to JCH Direct then a non delivery charge of £5 is levied. Redelivery of goods to JCH Direct will be also chargeable at the appropriate rate.
Wherever possible we will contact you to ensure delivery is successful, however in the event that no contact has been possible we will hold returned goods until we have received your further instructions.
Liability
All deliveries are subject to the clearance of funds and stock availability, this combined with the third party nature of delivery services means that whilst we always try to deliver within the promised delivery schedule, occasionally goods may arrive late. Invariably this is to do with factors outside of the control of JCH Direct. For this reason we cannot offer guarantees on delivery dates or accept any liability for losses as a result of late deliveries.
Export Restrictions
Currently we only offer delivery to UK Mainland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles and Northern Ireland. We are unable to deliver to Mainland Europe or The Channel Islands.
